Scott C. Borison has practiced law since 1987. His practice is devoted principally to representing individuals in complex consumer, trial, appellate, and class litigation.
Over the course of his career, Scott has tried cases before judges and juries, argued appeals in state and federal courts, served as class counsel in numerous matters, taught other lawyers, and participated in consumer-law reform efforts.
Trial and Litigation Experience
Scott has litigated consumer protection, mortgage lending and servicing, foreclosure, debt collection, credit reporting, class action, bankruptcy-related, and commercial disputes. His work includes both jury and bench trials, as well as complex statutory and appellate litigation.
